      Pros

      Good benefits/Pay/work environment - They are trying to do the right things but President is creating a fear culture and is a major obstacle in every day operations. Everyone is looking for a new job.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Interim President has no idea how to run the company - leads by fear. COO/CEO need to closely monitor his behavior - he is running the company to the ground by creating this fear culture. You walk in every morning not knowing if you will be fired regardless of how good you preform. Leadership is unrealistic and does not respect its employees. No human respect. No work life balance - they do not care if you have a life outside of work.

      Pros

      Paycheck showed up every two weeks. My drycleaner got a good business due to the absurd dress code. I learned a lot about how NOT to run a company and how NOT to treat employees.

      Cons

      Narcicistic management, all with the same last name. There is a nepotism policy that is overlooked by upper Management. Upper management is beyond unapproachable. We were told "do not look the President in the eye or speak to him unless spoken to". WTF?

      Live in daily fear of being fired!

      Pros

      The pay was above average.

      Cons

      Executive management in the corporate office ruled by fear. There was no opportunity for advancement, especially for women. In the North American offices there were only 4 women at the director level, when I worked there. People were fired at the drop of a hat. The stress level was at a high level all the time.
