      Pays well.Great place to work for industrious and self motivated people.

      Cons

      Revolving door of management is disruptive and ineffective.It's also demoralizing to long time and new employees.If you don't have a degree don't expect your voice to be heard.All the PHD's,MBA's and degrees mean nothing if you don't have the common sense to simply work together.

      There are some employees who are great to work with.

      Cons

      It’s a horrible culture where everyone plays the blame game. There are few people who don’t have a clue on what the are doing but they have a management position. Like the other reviews stated 2/3 of the finance team have left and some of them left without a new position. It’s a very toxic culture. The management talks about promoting within which never happens. I am very surprised that the 1/3 person in the finance who is still working there. Employees are not valued for their loyalty and hard work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Good medical insurance, nice office.

      Cons

      Remarkably high turnover in finance, 2/3 of the finance team is no longer employed since January 2017. No team environment, weak, unsupportive management, no clear vision to improve processes. People have left without a new job to go to because they can't take the stress anymore.
