Pros
some products are good, some colleagues and subordinates were very supportive some former bosses were really inspiring, motivating and honest even rules weren’t always pleasant/logical and company is not easy, it was still possible to meet there some good specialists but most of them left by them-self or were dismissed, good law support offered if needed
Cons
not the best and usually stressful atmosphere (depends on site), management by fear, pressure, too big staff rotation, too many duties, report/numbers, not sales oriented company, last superior was a stickler, very limited, often aggressive, revengeful, favouritized only blind followers, HR person was not objective, with no trust from colleagues as was local informer, some people weren’t good enough for their positions but they were linked with somebody important who protected them, if you you like extreme challenges and want to prove you survive everywhere even in very low comfortable conditions - please consider this company to work for, if your supervisor here is normal even demanding - probably will be removed very soon as more preferable is superintendent, false people are everywhere not only here
