They have great new recruits.

Cons

Poor management that have no skills or styles other than micro managing with a different day different attitude. The most disfunctional environment where yelling blaming and finger pointing run wild. No accurate data to work with and constantly shoving this under the rug. They have no integrity whats so ever. Fear is their only goal. Their antiquated computer system does not work either does the new system that they have. They have two systems that don't work and no one there knows have to fix it. Stay away from this pit of hell!!!!!!!!!

Great pay and benefits.Training and safety have gotten better.Helpful co-worker(s) that encourage you to be better than average. Impressed with the level of technical knowledge of some of the production workers.

Cons

Culture of fear-based,"yes man" management.Supervision has "crack the whip" stance that really isn't necessary and counter productive micro managing.

Higher than average pay and bonus. Dedicated long term employees weathering the constant storm and yet still supports customers the best they can.

Cons

top management is highly inexperience in the industry, arrogant, lacks comprehensive strategy on how to grow the business. does not believe in relationship selling nor partnerships with customers. decline in sales, lack of retention of employee talent, disappointed stockholders asking for top management change. high stress job, work 24/7, short-handed, exhausting, depressing.
