      Pros

      Best overall Benefit package!! Great work life balance with a leadership team that fosters a culture of trust and continual improvement. Sensient respects it's employees by giving them the support and opportunity to advance within the company. Senior Management Cares - provides the necessary tools to ensure our products are the best!

      Cons

      People never leave :) High morale and great work environment leads to people staying in positions too long which isn't an issue at the present, but could become an issue if all this wisdom decides to retire all at once!

      Pros

      Fast paced and flexible. Sensient is in a very competitive industry. We work with worldclass customers that have high expectations and demands. Sensients major competitors are very capable and compete for every piece of business. To succeed at Sensient you have to have great capabilities, and are willing to learn and adapt. It's a place for winners.

      Cons

      There can be pressure to deliver. However the satisfaction of competing and winning make up for this. The company is undergoing rapid change and this does cause tensions. Some colleagues are better able to cope than others.

      Salary and Benefits That is the only thing good about this place.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Management doesn't care if you have a life outside of the job. Rule by fear - everyone is afraid of losing their jobs or getting written up for making a mistake. GMs exert way too much pressure on their employees. Management does not listen to what their employees are telling them about what needs to be fixed. Horrible systems. No solid processes in place.
