      Well-known brand and some supportive teammates. Good exposure to clients.

      Cons

      Culture is poor and lacks accountability. Leadership didn’t seem to care about sales performance or tracking results. Targets were unclear and constantly shifting. Limited support and inefficient internal processes made it harder to close deals.
