Pros
Military like operation that builds a successful foundation for you to use later in your career. You will have a successful network to use once your colleagues have moved on to other companies as we take care of our own. Majority of the people who work here are incredible. Individual development plan is great in theory but doesn’t add up practically. Commission is fantastic if they let you keep top accounts.
Cons
HR asks the new hires to write a positive review once they have completed their onboarding. First hand experience having been asked to write a positive one after my 90 day review “since you had such a great experience so far” but never did. You won’t have an accurate impression of the company “culture” until it’s too late. CEO told everyone to stop adding pronouns in signatures as “it’s not professional.” Not an LGBT/BIPOC friendly company but more of a don’t ask don’t tell kind of culture. HR has a history of only investigating code of conduct claims when it works in their favor or for fear of lawsuit. Sales trainees are groomed to operate in a way in which prevents them from ever being able to perform successfully elsewhere. It’s sad to see since they have so much potential. They are dropped into the field after 2 years with little to no support. Many of them live with immense fear and anxiety.
