      Pros

      Full open door policy to all levels of management. Cares about employees needs and will try to work with issues that come up. Highly ethical in business practices.

      Cons

      If you are not working in one of the major hubs, it is easy to feel a bit disconnected at times.

      Pros

      Really cares about employees, benefits are top tier. One of the best companies I've ever worked for, and I've been with some really really bad ones.

      Cons

      None. They go out of their way to listen to employees and improve regularly. Seriously, no complaints.

      Great culture that starts with leadership and flows down. Opportunity for growth. Coverage for gaps in contracts. Remote flexibility for some positions. Good benefits.

      Some positions are on site with the customer and have non-Sentar functional managers.
