      Management too disconnected from remote/out-of-state employees

      Pros

      Recruiting, Security, and IT are knowledgeable and responsive. Great experience with those personnel.

      Cons

      Remote employees are "out of sight, out of mind" for management communication. Very little support from management in onboarding process for customer/project. A coworker had to provide all onboarding and project orientation. Also, no response from management on several months of issues captured in monthly report submittals... no indication management even read them.

      Pros

      Good Pay. Decent Benefits. Education assistance. Management cares about their people. Growing company. Offered to find alternative work \ contracts for people after the current contract came to a close.

      Cons

      Sentar is in a growth spurt and some of those growing pains are noticeable. Contract work can be stressful at times but that's the nature of the work.
