Sentar reviews about "management"

Sentar is in a growth spurt and some of those growing pains are noticeable. Contract work can be stressful at times but that's the nature of the work.

None that I can think of.

There is honestly nothing that I can think of at this time. Compared to previous companies in the same industry I've worked for, Sentar is so much better.

Remote employees are "out of sight, out of mind" for management communication. Very little support from management in onboarding process for customer/project. A coworker had to provide all onboarding and project orientation. Also, no response from management on several months of issues captured in monthly report submittals... no indication management even read them.

Investment into successful team members was minimal. Poor level of benefits and little effort to improve or give decent annual merit increases. Management was subpar, aloof and often combative when concerns were mentioned. HR did not do much about manager concerns either.

Limited opportunity for professional growth due to position working at customer site. Health benefits and PTO are below average.

Was told the contract was set for another four years, but when I got to the job site my coworkers informed me it wasnt. 13 business days from not having a job as I write this and management doesnt know whats going on with the contract.

Pay was below average when I was there. It also didn't seem like there was much room for growth since everything was based on what contract you were assigned.
