Pros
Love the work-life balance, and having really good benefits. A lot of the managers have different personalities, but for the most part, they try not to micromanage. Have control over your day to day routine.
Cons
The only negative about Sentara is the pay. We keep growing in terms of an organization, but the pay is pennies. Better merit percentages and promotions would be great as everyone doesn't want to be a leader.
