* Great work environment, supportive management/staff, flexibility in schedule.

* Difficult to transfer to a higher position internally (ie. RN) * Almost always, the floors are understaffed. * CEO plans to increase Rn:Pt ratio to 1:8

Pros

The people you work with are very nice!

Cons

You put in more hours than a typical part time worker, some weeks I'd recieve overtime pay which was great, however I was a full time student so it was difficult
