Sentara has a strong culture in its workplace. They take care of their employees and listen to their input. They are committed to employee satisfaction as much as they are patient care.

Pros

I worked with Sentara for 8 years and felt I had a lot of support & growth during my time there. For the most part, my supervisors listened to me & I had great staff to work with!

Cons

Unfortunately, with the added pressure of the changing healthcare system, there is pressure to see more and more patients & it's difficult to balance this with the best care possible.
