      Most dysfunctional company I’ve ever worked for

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.

      Supportive culture amid exciting changes and opportunities

      Pros

      I have loved nearly all the people I have met here and I feel extremely grateful to be working for a company who treats its employees as well as this one does. For me, it was like it was the early 2000s all over again with the benefits offered.

      Cons

      The only con I can off would actually also be a great pro in my mind. Currently the company is undergoing a lot of change, which can make things turbulent, but for the right person, with the right temperament, it also could be a tremendous opportunity to contribute to a growing companies success
