SentinelOne is innovating rapidly in the NexGen end point space. The leadership and culture is second to none. I love working with such a motivated group of A players where everyone has a voice.

Cons

This is a fast paced, hyper growth start-up. Be prepared for the demands that come with a company growing very fast or look elsewhere.

Good technology. Decent benefits. Good location. Regular lunches provided. Some good people who are working hard trying to do the right thing

Cons

Very political company. Very weak leadership. The company has experienced very high turnover as a result of a very toxic environment. There exists a " boys club" of ex- Cylance employees running the company, whose philosophy is " our way or the high way". They wield a lot of influence . The company professes to be a "people company", but it is the exact opposite. Do not be fooled by the good reviews / ratings on Glassdoor. The company has experienced high turnover for a reason. Do your homework before joining this company.
