      Political and Toxic Environment. Avoid At All Costs

      Pros

      Good technology. Decent benefits. Good location. Regular lunches provided. Some good people who are working hard trying to do the right thing

      Cons

      Very political company. Very weak leadership. The company has experienced very high turnover as a result of a very toxic environment. There exists a " boys club" of ex- Cylance employees running the company, whose philosophy is " our way or the high way". They wield a lot of influence . The company professes to be a "people company", but it is the exact opposite. Do not be fooled by the good reviews / ratings on Glassdoor. The company has experienced high turnover for a reason. Do your homework before joining this company.

      -product offering is good -catered lunches -organization possesses some fantastic people

      Cons

      -no direction for the company -management is secretive -rumor filled -bad culture -lack of leadership -a lot of employees do nothing, but act otherwise

      S1 is a classic startup with great camaraderie and professional challenge.

      Pros

      S1 expects a lot of its professionals. You work really hard but you are given the autonomy to be successful. This is a chance to build a meaningful company. I’m in the sales organization and there is a ton of opportunity to make good money.

      Cons

      People who require a lot of oversight and management shouldn’t work at S1. Its not a con but expect to hustle and multitask here.
