Pros

The majority of employees are eager to help their team members, both within their own departments and cross functionally. There have been substantial investments in product, making the solution highly appealing and easy to sell in the market. Very little complaints from partners and customers.

Cons

There's a significant presence of nepotism and biases within leadership and upper management. Executives continue to recruit former colleagues, leading to narrow perspectives and significant turnover. This trend is resulting in insufficient channel support and expertise. Resource allocation lacks alignment with revenue, resulting in teams being excessively overworked and undercompensated. This company tends to offer its employees a lot of corporate fluff, discouraging open and meaningful conversations.

Pros

Great talent to work with, team cultures do not reflect company culture, solid product, most Directors and managers work extremely hard and manage large teams to make up for VPs and Executives that cannot agree on anything.

Cons

Executive and go-to-market strategy was never cohesive nor agreed upon. They made really bad hiring decisions, data is not clear, and then laid people off. I was recruited from another company to achieve clear goals. I surpassed my goals and then was let go because new executives wanted to bring in their teams. It happens but leadership is not held accountable for their bad management decisions. In fact, they give themselves massive bonuses every year while not increasing salaries.
