      Pros

      I have been at SentinelOne since before we went public and have had a great experience. I am allowed the freedom to work with multiple departments on projects of my on design and choosing and am constantly challenged. The culture is outstanding. There is a feeling that everyone's contributions are valued, and internal communications from leadership are supportive and transparent.

      Cons

      We definitely experienced some growing pains, but in my experience, things continue to improve due to the strength of our brand and culture. We recently have had some organizational changes that have set us on a better path. Personally, I have found it difficult to grow my own career in the way I'd like to, as I have a somewhat unconventional role without a clear trajectory for promotion. However, I feel I have the support I need to continue to excel at SentinelOne.

      One of the Best Places to work

      > Interviews were elaborative and to the point, clarity with job description > Smooth Onboarding Process > Benefits offered are one of the best in industry > Work from Home option > Energetic Leadership with transparency in communication > Cultural values are given importance, diverse and inclusive workforce > Flexibility at workplace provides better work-life balance

      Cons

      I wouldn't say this a con but something that can be improved. Interview took longer than expected, nearly two months from application screening to offer.
