Pros

Great tech, great promise ,excellent dev team ( for now). Nice new offices, pay is on par with other similar companies in the Bay Area.

Cons

In one word - CEO. In more detail- I’ve worked there for several years, watching how a promising startup is rising with the right technology, the right engineering team, excellent business opportunity and innovative ideas. Unfortunately as the company grew, the complete and utter lack of leadership from the CEO/CTO, together with their inability to manage anything over 3 people, and letting go of the only people in the company who could - drive this company head down to the never-land of a startup. Key people are leaving every week now, dev team is falling apart after the previous VP left, the entire executive team replaced in the past year, 2 co-founders left the company, the sales team almost entirely replaced. And still the disaster continues. The only constant factor remaining is he ego-driven, dishonest (to say the least) CEO

Pros

Modern, machine-learning-based antivirus technology Offices instead of open space "Fun room" with PS4, yoga lessons, etc. Salaries, benefits are nice Opportunities for professional growth

Cons

Fun room converted to packed office, PS4 mostly there to show off to potential new employees Moved away from machine learning to outdated signature-based tech Open space instead of offices now (except for managers) Cheating in evaluations to get certifications Management and HR regularly lies to employees about everything from company status to personal issues Sexism and harassment complaints about management swept under the rug by HR repeatedly Firing employees left and right Promises they never keep - to employees and to customers Top-heavy
