      Cons

      Hard to come up with any, but if I were to say one thing - It would be nice to gather together more often since it is such a great team!

      Good employer with loose processes

      After being with the company for about a year, I can say the company has somewhat loose processes. Most of them are the growth pains, since the company has been growing substantially.

      Supportive culture with great work-life balance

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at SentinelOne. The benefits are great, and the company genuinely cares about employees and their well-being. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility, and I feel supported both professionally and personally. The people are smart, kind, and easy to work with. Leadership is approachable and communicates openly, and I don’t feel micromanaged. There’s a lot of trust, which makes it a positive environment to do your best work. It also helps to feel like the work actually matters. The company is doing important things and that purpose comes through.

      Cons

      Things move fast and priorities can change, which is pretty typical for a growing tech company. Some processes are still being figured out, but nothing that feels unmanageable.
