Seems like a great place to work. Making all the right noises, great compensation.

Despite everything seemingly being ok, was fired based on performance despite no warnings or guidance.

Overall the company is good, people are nice to work with and using latest tech.

Cons

Revolving door of executives and unclear vision for where the company is going. The stock has taken a nosedive over the last three years because of poor management.

A good core product, though pace of important development releases is too slow.

Cons

Complete lack of direction with constantly changing priorities, almost half the leadership team has left within 6 months, tons of politics, significant customer churn issues, silos everywhere.
