      Strong focus on employee growth and career progression. As such, great place to work. The company's embrassing and incorporating AI in every aspect makes things much easier.

      Cons

      This to the MDR:- fast paced environment can sometimes lead to high workload and pressure.

      -Really good benefits package -Remote friendly environment with a lot of flexibility in my current position -Friendly environment for parents with children -Competitive compensation with nice bonus and RSUs -Company employs industry experts in various domains like cybersecurity and AI, which enables others to collaborate with such great people -In general all employees are happy of working for S1 - this is the first place that I saw something like that

      Cannot see any bigger cons for now. Investors could be more confident in the company(product and services are really good).
