Pros

This is an amazing company, full of values, great team work, we feel really valued and taken care of, I've learned a lot in my months as an employee and been able to enjoy all the benefits.

Pros

Everybody I worked with so far is super proficient, even non-senior people are more knowledgable than some seniors from my previous job. My manager is a great leader, transparent, understanding of personal matters and work-life balance, and very friendly in general. In my previous job I already hit a ceiling with a senior position where I couldn't really go higher unless I become a team leader. Here it's not a problem because there's huge headroom to grow even without necessarily leading people.

Cons

On-call is a requirement for almost all positions which is a little discouraging. Onboarding process was a little bumpy but not too complicated.
