Pros

The people here are amazing. They are dedicated to your success and help you plan. They are encouraging and will ensure you are successful. I love the people here, I love the atmosphere, the work itself, all are a 5 star review.

Cons

I live by the motto "If you enjoy what you do, you will never have to work a day in your life." This is exactly how working here feels. I mean it's still work but until I figure out how to make money without working, this is the closest thing to it.

Very high level of trust. You are given a lot of responsibility, but it's balanced well with a very supportive team and accessible leadership.

Cons

Very collaborative across timezones, because of that work life balance can suffer - it's a matter of setting personal boundaries.
