      Pros

      I have only been here for a few months but can't say enough good things about this opportunity. The onboarding was well organized and really helped me to quickly come up to speed, which as an SE is key. The amount of folks that have reached out to welcome me and help me acclimate speaks volumes to the culture that is visible from the top down.

      Drive to Win with a People First Approach

      Pros

      Our customers and our people matter most. I've seen time and time again where Sentinels rally together to either help each other or help our customers win. Our leadership is the real deal - they are focused on the right things at the right time and understand the evolving landscape of the market. They lead with transparency and trust and recognize that culture is what will enable our long term success. My team, from my direct reports, to my peers, my manager, to my stakeholders, are some of the best colleagues I've ever had the privilege to work with and I continue to learn from them everyday.

      Cons

      As in any hyper growth environment - this is not for the faint of heart. There is much work to be one and having drive and "fire in the belly" are what's needed to be successful and happy here.

      Great place to grow your career

      Pros

      Leadership is transparent, values-driven, and down to earth. Management gives you the autonomy to operate, but holds you accountable to your teams' goals. Good support in terms of resources. Everyone is nice and easy to work with, especially given our diversity and cultural differences. I've made friends here. :) Exciting growth ahead. We have a compelling product and technology team. Love this place.

      Cons

      Could use more diversity in leadership but think that's common with many tech companies out there. The company is investing more resources towards this initiative which is a good sign.
