      Amazing Company to Work For

      Pros

      SentinelOne really looks after there employees, especially the ANZ region. Excellent coaching and leaderships within the team. Culture are some of best if comparing it with other vendors.

      Weak leadership and poor management in APJ

      Pros

      The team in ASEAN is very close and I enjoy the culture here. Unfortunately the Senior Leadership and Management has a discrimination against certain employees so many have in this team have left the company.

      Cons

      Weak Senior leadership in Sales, SE and Channels. Promotion was not done based on merit and you can have a very senior experienced individual reporting to a person who does not have any knowledge about the region or the business.
