Great camaraderie.
Free reign over your time and the way you want to work.
Good salary and good benefits.
When needed, everyone digs in and helps out.
Easy access to management and solid mid-level managers.
Cons
It's a startup, everything isn't in place and some things are hard to get done.
Can be a bit political but not overwhelming.
Great opportunity to make an impact. Very much a start-up culture and an attitude of "if you see something missing, fix it". While the endpoint market is saturated, S1 stands out with a unique offering that is resonating with buyers. New HQ is very nice.
Cons
Medical insurance isn't the best (as of the time of this review). There have been a ton of changes lately (some may see this as bad), but new management is working hard to develop a better culture and ensuring that only high achievers remain. Marketing has not been well executed to this point.
