      Pros

      Having spent several years at the company, I’ve had a consistently positive experience overall. The colleagues and team culture are one of the biggest strengths of the company — supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with. The office is excellent and creates a great atmosphere for both focused work and teamwork. The work is challenging in a positive way and provides many opportunities for professional growth and learning. Compensation and benefits are competitive and rewarding, and the company genuinely encourages healthy work-life balance rather than just talking about it.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, it has naturally become more process-oriented, with additional management layers and increased coordination overhead. At times, decision-making can feel slower and less agile than before.

      Pros

      -Really good benefits package -Remote friendly environment with a lot of flexibility in my current position -Friendly environment for parents with children -Competitive compensation with nice bonus and RSUs -Company employs industry experts in various domains like cybersecurity and AI, which enables others to collaborate with such great people -In general all employees are happy of working for S1 - this is the first place that I saw something like that

      Cannot see any bigger cons for now. Investors could be more confident in the company(product and services are really good).

      Strong tech, positive culture and competitive compensation.

      Pros

      I've been with SentinelOne for almost 5 months and have had a VERY positive experience thus far. Before I accepted my offer, I worked closely with their Sales Recruiter, Sean Cashman, who made the process very easy for me. Like any new job, the first several months are very stressful - learning new people & process is always challenging. That said, the people & culture here are great. It's rare find a spot with good people & tech. S1 has both! Compensation plans are also VERY competitive.

      Cons

      Technology is good but not perfect. A lot of your job is making sure you're there for your customers when things go bad. The internal ecosystem at S1 is massive. It can be overwhelming.
