      Pros

      I’ve been at SentinelOne for a little over half a year and it’s been a great experience so far. The onboarding process was smooth and helped me get up to speed quickly. The people here are smart, easy to work with, and genuinely supportive of your growth and career. The pay is competitive and I’ve learned a lot while getting great exposure to different parts of the business. I’d definitely recommend SentinelOne to anyone who gets the chance to join.

      Cons

      Like others have mentioned, the company does shift direction at times. That’s pretty common for a company at this stage of growth as it figures out the best path forward. Priorities can change quickly, but that’s just part of working in a fast moving environment.

      Bring your A-game!

      Pros

      The creative freedom is real. Many opportunities to try out new ideas, partner with people in different organizations and share innovative concepts. Friendly employees with heart, amazing salary, generous benefits, an array of valuable internal programs offered for a primarily remote workforce.

      Cons

      If you're not willing to hustle and bring your best everyday, this environment probably isn't for you. It's important that you're comfortable being proactive and finding information on your own. The employees work hard and then work harder. They expect a lot but are very good about rewarding that hard work.

      S1 Is an amazing company across the board

      S1 is a company that values its employees. This is an amazing place to work. I've spoken to many people within the company who've been here long before me, and they have similar testimonies (which showed me this isn't just a honeymoon phase reaction). I'm looking forward to my future here! - Great pay - Great benefits - Great company culture - Great Life-work balance

      Cons

      [This is not a con, in my opinion, but it can be to some. For some who are used to a slow-paced workplace, S1 is a fast-paced company. The culture isn't for everyone (and that's okay). If you're not ready to digest a lot of new information and work in an innovative fashion, S1 may not be the best fit.
