      S1 has a great culture and a great group of people. I've never been happier at work.

      I'm not sure I've found one yet. My biggest compliant is that I do not start before their public offering.

      * This is a hyper-growth company, so you'll need to put in the time. But it's very rewarding.

      I love my job

      Pros

      The team is the best part of the company. I genuinely like, and care about everyone I work directly with and can tell that this company value is important across the board. My pay is pretty competitive with other similar roles in the area, and I have great benefits. My leadership supports me in a healthy work-life balance, and values me for everything I bring to the table.

      Cons

      The onboarding for the sales team could definitely use some work. I know they're working on building out this program better right now!
