Pros

SentinelOne shows that they care about their employees' well-being by providing over-the-top resources like access to a wellness coach, mental health days, unlimited PTO, and maternal and paternal leave extended to grandparents, to name a few.

Cons

If I'd have to name a con I'd say we need more women and POC in leadership roles. We do a better job than other companies I've worked for but we can continue to do better.

I’ve been a researcher at S1 for about two years and I’ve loved every second of it. The work is challenging, the culture and community are very welcoming and collaborative, and our leadership supports us and our needs very well! I highly recommend working here!!
