      Pros

      - Every other team outside of Corporate marketing was a delight to work with. - The People/HR onboarding process was very thorough and welcoming. - The benefits were extremely competitive. - Perks and company swag were a delivered on the regular. - Remote friendly environment.

      Cons

      - Company "Leaders" are in their roles because of loyalty and friendships - not actual skills and experience. - Processes change so frequently managers aren't always up to date or educated on the new way to do things, which leads to frustration and confusion. - People in director roles do not know how to lead their teams. - Managers/Directors are so overworked they are constantly stressed & unavailable to their team.

      Fantastic culture , remote friendly , everyone is aligned and doing all they can to help the company , people in other groups go out of their way to help

      Cons

      Folks work hard here but it’s rewarding and all levels can make a difference , maturing company

      Pros

      Not only can you make an impact quickly here, but you will be rewarded with great colleagues who truly care about each other. We celebrate wins together and have build long lasting relationships and friends here. The benefits are amazing! Being a first time mom, and having taken my maternity leave with S1 - I felt so supported by my manager and entire team. I am so grateful to be able to work at a company that truly sees us as individuals and trusts us to do what is right and needed on a personal level but also for the business.

      Cons

      I personally love being a part of a company going through hyper growth. I thrive in this environment, so I don't personally feel that this is a con but I know it is not for everyone.
