Pros

Culture. Culture. Culture. I’m still amazed at how much everyone is willing to help and support each other. Even at the exec levels, you won’t find big egos here, just folks who are more than willing to do their part to move the company forward. Like anywhere, you need to deliver and show your value. If you do that , you’ll find a most welcoming and supportive community around you.

Cons

Pro or con depending on your style, things move fast at SentinelOne. You won’t find a tremendous amount of structure here. If you are a self starter who is motivated by doing whatever you can to help the company, you’ll be just fine. If you need a lot of structure, it may not be the best fit.

Amazing tech mediocre management

Pros

The CEO is a visionary and genius. SE teams and some of the sales teams are excellent. Product and support are really the best in the industry.

Cons

CRO has hired storage people in the hopes that they can sell security. Such a discrepancy in talent on the sales side. HR is very bloated and has really changed the culture from a “win at all costs” to a woke/inclusive one.

Pros

CEO Vision, Best Technology, Great Customer Support Organization, Top notch SE Team.

Cons

The CRO has made many mistakes in hiring managers and this has greatly weighed on the company culture and the sales org. Sales execution has suffered tremendously as a result. HR has become too large and is eating up resources that should be used to fix the sales organization. The HR team seems to be controlling the direction of the company and the sales org. First and 2nd line sales management needs to be focused on keeping top talent and hiring more talent.
