We just crossed $1B in ARR, and it feels like we’re only getting started. With AI built into our DNA and two recent acquisitions strengthening our position, we’re poised for exponential growth. It’s an incredibly exciting time to be part of this journey. What stands out most for me is how much SentinelOne invests in its people.       Pros

      S1 is hyper focused on employee experience compared to other places I've worked. Comp is very competitive, benefits are outstanding and the culture is 10/10. There are additional perks like monthly cell phone and gym allowances, WFH allocation for new hires to furnish their home office w equipment, furniture etc - just to name a few. It's refreshing to work at a place that values it's employees. Keep it up!

      Cons

      This is a fully remote company so in person events etc, are few and far between. It'd be nice to meet folks in person!
