Pros

SentinelOne is the kind of company where people truly come first. Leadership is transparent, supportive, and genuinely cares about employees while driving for strong business results. The People Team is outstanding; thoughtful programs, clear communication, and leaders who set a high bar. Career development is real here, with world-class recruiting, leadership training, mentorship, and growth opportunities across regions and functions. It’s a place where you can do meaningful work and feel supported every step of the way.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but that’s also part of the excitement.

Pros

The tech is unmatched. Truly best-in-class in EDR, CNAPP, and AI-driven security — you feel proud putting it in front of customers. Customers love the product, which makes conversations easier and keeps morale high on the front lines. Talented engineers, SEs, and product teams — some of the smartest, most dedicated people you’ll ever work with. A culture that rewards hustle; top performers can grow quickly and get visibility with leadership. Great brand reputation in the market — being associated with SentinelOne carries weight on your résumé. Constant innovation — you’re always learning, never stagnant.

Cons

Leadership talks a big game but fails in execution. Poor communication with customers is constant and embarrassing. HR is a black hole. Referrals are rejected without interviews or feedback, which kills employee motivation to recommend anyone worthwhile. Bad hiring choices at both management and contributor levels. Too many people in roles they shouldn’t be in. No accountability. Dead weight is tolerated while high performers are left to pick up the slack. Customer-facing issues are often ignored until they explode.

The company offers benefits that really show how much employees are valued: generous paternity leave, development, and health care. It’s a culture that encourages you to stretch and grow!

Cons

There are frequent organizational changes and leadership transitions that can sometimes feel a bit unsettling.
