      A "people first" technology organization leading the way in Cyber Security and Data Management! Fully embraces WFH or working in an office, or both - regardless of your location.

      Cons

      Growing fast and sometimes hard to keep up! That said, senior leadership does a good job at communicating change.

      Pros

      A Fantastic Company! Highly value work life balance and provide generous benefits and time off. The staff and management all care about your career and how you can grow and improve. Not to mention the product is the best on the market! Overall I could not think of a better place to work at.

      Honestly nothing to add SentinelOne is a great company to work for.

      One of the best places I've worked!

      Pros

      - Coworkers are interesting, super helpful, and ooze personality; - Cutting edge work in a space that is only expanding; - Perfect point in time for a healthy challenge (recently post-IPO so not as hectic as a startup, but still young enough where you can make a real impact); - Compensation is fair and benefits are good; - as much autonomy as you need (very little, if any, micromanaging). - leadership & management are accessible.

      Cons

      Not many cons: -There's a constant flow of work, which isn't necessarily bad; - could be more diverse (but management seems to be taking this to heart); - sometimes feels like no one wants to make a decision so things may boomerang back to you.
