      You will get to learn a lot from here. The team is amazing and the work environment is great Your manager is keen to make it a happy place for you! Work is great, you will learn things that you never will. You will get more responsibilities here that would be good for your career. amazing stock plan option awesome package medical insurance for you and your parents/spouse new joiner kit may include various benefits that you can avail. no leave barrier you can take leave whwnever you want, if your manager approves ofcourse!

      Cons

      I had my many doubts while joining sentinelOne since they are pretty new in the industry but every single doubt got cleared once I joined the company. I would now reject offers from many MNCs without a heartbeat to work with SentinelOne.

      Fantastic culture, support from management, inclusion, all combined with a clear mission and a strong product! It depends on you but if you want to live what a hyper-growth environment is, this is the place to be

      Great company. Horrible leadership in Marketing Dept.

      Pros

      - Every other team outside of Corporate marketing was a delight to work with. - The People/HR onboarding process was very thorough and welcoming. - The benefits were extremely competitive. - Perks and company swag were a delivered on the regular. - Remote friendly environment.

      Cons

      - Company "Leaders" are in their roles because of loyalty and friendships - not actual skills and experience. - Processes change so frequently managers aren't always up to date or educated on the new way to do things, which leads to frustration and confusion. - People in director roles do not know how to lead their teams. - Managers/Directors are so overworked they are constantly stressed & unavailable to their team.
