Where to begin. My onboarding procedure went flawless, especially considering the current Covid19 situation. It was a very good experience. The vibe and culture within the company are great. Not only are there lots of knowledgeable and respected people within the company, these people are very driven to share their knowledge as well. The company is innovating at rapid speed without dropping the ball when it coms to product quality. This innovation pace, product stability and reliability are big enablers for me to do my part within the team. The company keeps a strong eye out on employee health. Think of regular check-ins to see how people are doing, 1-1's with managers and they will make sure people are in good shape and charged up. This is one of the few companies I know of where vision is shared by everyone in the organisation. I think this has been a big part of the success of the company and has formed a solid base for the growth the company is currently going through.
