They put people first which is not always the case in this industry but it really shows. Working remotely, it is easy to feel cut off from corporate but you don't get that feeling at S1.

Cons

Being in a remote role, we don't get to see colleagues too much in person but going to be fixed soon with new local offices

Great working environment that gives you the freedom to be creative, to get involved and be part of the growth and success. You definitely get the feeling of making a difference. There is also fair pay and many concessions from top management.

Cons

As one of the fastest growing companies in the Sillicon Valley, everyone must be aware that 8x5 is not a part of everyday life.

Great people, technology, atmosphere and attitude. Management has a great Product vision along with a very good visibility and engagement of employees to the businees/field. The amenity is very attractive. SentinelOne is THE best company to work with. I can utterly recommend you to positively consider working there.

Cons

Rapid growth might come with scaling challenges and the ongoing process/operational improvements shifting this company from a start-up to an enterprise one.
