      Amazing company culture and stellar technology

      Pros

      The work culture is awesome. SentinelOne really invests in their employees and there are endless opportunities to lean and grow from within the organization. Management actually cares and is attentive to your needs. Plus, the technology is cutting edge.

      Cons

      Can't think of any and that's not just fluff. Cyber is super fast pace and can get stressful at times, but SentinelOne does a great job with internal training.

      Great Culture

      Pros

      The team camaraderie is some of the best I have experienced and the managers really care about helping you get to where you want to go. The culture here is outstanding and the work-life balance is second to none. Lastly, the interview process is super quick and easy. They don't leave you hanging and the recruiters do a great job of communicating every step of the way.

      Cons

      You need to be patient with regard to moving up the ladder as it can take a while in some cases.

      A Good Company to Work For

      Pros

      + A lot of meaningful work that keeps you busy but also doesn't make you bored. + Great benefits, especially if you're looking to start a family. + Good work-life balance (remote/hybrid available) + Great culture (despite the large number and global spread of users)

      Cons

      - Sometimes the company moves a bit too fast, making it hard to keep up the quality of services that have already been rolled out. - Standardization of apps could use some work (too many supported apps that do the exact same things)
