Pros

-I relocated to another country to join a different office, and the support I received was above and beyond. Everything from the logistics to settling in was smooth and thoughtful. -The company really values flexibility. Remote and hybrid setups are completely normal, and there's a lot of trust around how you manage your time. -Work-life balance is strong. There's no pressure to be constantly online, and people genuinely respect personal time. -It’s a great mid-sized company, not so big that you get lost, but big enough to have structure and stability. -The office has some great perks like lunch, snacks, and regular social events that make going in feel worthwhile.

Cons

-The company is growing quickly, so naturally there are a few growing pains here and there, but nothing unusual for a business that’s scaling at this pace.

Maintaining Culture with Impressive Growth

Pros

SentinelOne has grown rapidly since it's IPO in 2021 but has been able to keep its fast paced, collaborative culture. With its continued growth in its operations and systems, there's plenty of room for individual employees to grow into larger roles and responsibilities. Competitive compensation and great benefits, particularly with general paid parental and grandparental leave policies.

Cons

There are some growth pains with certain aspects of the company's operations and systems as we scale them to accommodate the company's growth.

Pros

SentinelOne is an exceptional place to work, especially for professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely committed to both the company’s mission and employee development. The executive team encourages open communication and supports strategic thinking at all levels of the organization. From a compensation perspective, SentinelOne offers highly competitive pay, equity packages, and benefits. The company takes a thoughtful and data-driven approach to compensation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity. I’ve seen firsthand how much emphasis is placed on rewarding performance and fostering a culture of recognition. The company is also committed to flexibility and employee well-being. Remote work options, generous PTO, and wellness initiatives reflect a strong understanding of what employees need to thrive.

Cons

As with any high-growth company, priorities can shift quickly and workloads can be intense at times. It requires adaptability and a proactive mindset. Cross-functional coordination can be complex due to the company's scale and pace.
