      Culture as a Priority

      Pros

      - Extremely hardworking and knowledgeable people open to collaboration at all times; - Culture is definitely treated as a priority and disrespectful people don't last long; - Kudos and acknowledgements are shown regularly; - Most importantly, people at S1 are empathetic and understand that we're all humans; mistakes can be made, differences of opinions can occur, but at the end of the day, we all remember that we're on the same team and make things happen for the greater good of protecting against cyber threats.

      Cons

      With all growing companies, there are growing pains (i.e. new leadership, new processes, more robust compliance).

      Great benefits and culture!

      Pros

      In Amsterdam we have really great benefits (eg free lunch twice a week, gym, transportation, travel & health insurance coverage) on top of a fair compensation. Those benefits really add up! Management also focusses on growth and fairly rewards high performance, I recently got promoted which was a really nice reward for the hard work I put in. Besides that it felt extra meaningful as I know my manager really rooted for me!

      Cons

      t's a really fast-paced environment that can make it hard to keep up, but it’s also energizing. Personally I find it motivating so it works for me
