- The flexibility that comes with WFH - Occasional global wellness days (PTO) - PTO - Gym reimbursements, home office reimbursement, cell phone stipend

Cons

The remote work aspect can make it that much more difficult to have casual conversations. Otherwise, no real cons to list!

Pros

From the moment I read the glowing reviews for S1 on Glassdoor, I was hopeful. After some time in my role, I'm happy to say that I feel the same way. The people and culture are personable and hardworking. Onboarding was easy and the benefits/compensation are generous. The product is highly rated and respected across the industry as well, and you can tell the people here are proud to be Sentinels.

Cons

The hyper growth mode S1 is still undergoing can lead to quick decisions and tight turnaround times for certain projects. Not a great fit for those that fear change.

I love working at S1! On top of a great culture, there are multiple L&D programs, the mentorship program is fantastic, there are flexible working arrangements, opportunities for growth, and the tech is top-notch. Highly recommend!

None really, it's only getting better every year!
