      Right Place at the Right Time

      Pros

      The company has successfully made the transition from startup to a larger corporate entity, while doing a good job of integrating nearly all of the products it's acquired. There's a ton of growth ahead as we move beyond the traditional EDR/EPP space, and eat more and more of CRWD's lunch. The people are generally pretty good, the pay and benefits are solid, and if we ever figure out how to make Wall Street happy the stock could easily shoot up 2-4x. I'll be here for the foreseeable future.

      Cons

      We're just big enough that sometimes less-than-competent people find places to hide. Product strategy has shifted a lot more than I would have liked, though it seems to be stabilizing now.

      SentinelOne great culture meeting exciting cyber AI products of the future

      Pros

      -Incredible culture with true OneSentinel values. Cross functional collaboration is like no other company. -Cares about the employees and knows employees are the key to success. -Focused on AI upskilling with new AI learning program for all employees helps to give all employees skills for the future. -Great pay and benefits, including ESPP and RSUs. -Strong leadership and management chain throughout the company. -Allows for flexibility and great work/ life balance.

      Cons

      -Stock price fluctuations create uncertainty with regards to stock compensation -Shifts in strategy/ product focus is crucial turning point for the future success.
