      It's important to believe in and be proud of the work you do everyday. SentinelOne provides an opportunity to learn some of the best tech available in cybersecurity while being able to proudly stand up and say we are doing something that moves the needle in protecting the future.

      Cons

      If you want to sit back and relax or move at a slow pace this company is not for you. Be ready to hit the ground running and keep running.

      Pros

      I love my team. My manager and leadership team are supportive. We are increasing focus around DEI while pushing the boundaries of innovation by improving our product and operations as a business. We are being frugal about spend which in the long run will benefit our customers and employees as we move to profitability. Still staying strong and resilient to the extent that we can regardless of economic headwinds. Still appreciate the flexibility to work remotely. Most companies demand people to go back to the office. Not here. They also do a good job of making remote employees feel connected via employee gifts, wellness challenges, etc. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Could still use some maturity in processes and systems in general.
