Pros

The team in ASEAN is very close and I enjoy the culture here. Unfortunately the Senior Leadership and Management has a discrimination against certain employees so many have in this team have left the company.

Cons

Weak Senior leadership in Sales, SE and Channels. Promotion was not done based on merit and you can have a very senior experienced individual reporting to a person who does not have any knowledge about the region or the business.

Pros

Best place I have worked at in my tech career by far. I really love what I do and how much I can learn on a weekly basis.

Cons

Growing pains like any other company, the only thing constant is change :)
