      Pros

      Great camaraderie. Free reign over your time and the way you want to work. Good salary and good benefits. When needed, everyone digs in and helps out. Easy access to management and solid mid-level managers.

      Cons

      It's a startup, everything isn't in place and some things are hard to get done. Can be a bit political but not overwhelming.
