Solid benefits packages coupled with the opportunity to directly impact the future of the company by assisting in day to day decisions on top of working with some of the nicest and most hardworking people in the industry makes Sentral a great place to be . With the new President in place the company is gaining better traction in who they are and what the future looks like . Make no mistake that there are long hours and lots to do but at least in the accounting department your hard work is highlighted , noticed and pays off .
Cons
It’s been a challenge since the beginning of the year to strategically align everyone but bringing people together more in person Will lead to better cross portfolio and cross departmental processes .
