Pros

Smattering of employees who can stay in a good head space despite the disorganization

Cons

No direction as an organization Under qualified leadership at all levels due to lack of other options Qualified people leave Workload increases at much faster rate than staffing Top leadership is compensated very generously, but mid-level and below compensation and spending on business needs are penny pinched

Pros

Employees all focused on goal to grow company and be strong operator. Good to have common goal. I like the people I work with day in and out. Everyone seems to work hard. Leaders also work and get hands dirty which I appreciate.

Cons

Since it’s a growing company still finding their path there has been turnover, but some was probably needed and some because of a company acquisition. Company is lean now so be prepared to put in the commitment.
