I love working at Sentral because they offer a true sense of belonging and value their employees.

Cons

No complaints it is a lot of learning but they provide all the resources for you to succeed.

Zero diversity and inclusion on-site at properties. Unfair treatment of staff regarding management style Unfair treatment of residents (fair housing) ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCES

Cons

Do not believe ONE recent 5-star review. We have goals to improve our Glassdoor ratings so none of them are real. The CEO left and many other talented employees left in droves as well. There is good reason. Nepotism and favoritism is real here. ‘do as I say’ is the culture.
